· Choice of main color scheme: Blueberry Milkshake

Based on research on neuroblastoma, it is known that in the late stage, there are characteristic panda eyes due to orbital metastasis, characterized by protruding eyeballs and periorbital cyanosis. Additionally, in the early stages, there may be blue-purple skin protrusions, leading to neuroblastoma patients being referred to as "blueberry babies". Therefore, the main color scheme chosen is a combination of blue-purple and milk white, resembling a "blueberry milkshake".

· Design of main composition: Fluid segmentation

The composition is divided into three main sections by a central module resembling a flowing milkshake: The top left section contains the title and introduction of the article, with the main visual being a hand-drawn illustration of periorbital cyanosis in a late-stage neuroblastoma patient. The middle section guides the viewer through the article's sequence of discussion, presenting the background principles, the method and patient characteristics, and the treatment response and safety. The bottom right section showcases the limitations and some questions of this therapy, and concludes with the overall findings of the article.

· Information delivery in the main body

i) Clever combination of shapes and information delivery. For example, the four steps of the method are represented by directional shapes as base blocks, the gender ratio of patients is depicted using gender symbols combined with shapes, and the reaction section uses simple facial expressions combined with colors to indicate the degree of reaction.

ii) Diverse and appropriate representation of proportions. Different types of statistical charts, such as lists, bar graphs, histograms, pie charts, and circle diagrams, are chosen based on the main information being conveyed, such as median values, numbers, proportions, and categories.

· Target audience

The target audience consists of individuals with basic professional knowledge, such as researchers, healthcare professionals, and students in related fields. This audience has some understanding of neuroblastoma treatment methods and related information, such as CAR T cells, allowing them to better comprehend and interpret the content presented in the illustration.
