🎋 Mascot Design for the 100th Anniversary of School of Life Sciences, SYSU


Collaborated with faculty and design team members through multiple discussions to establish the mascot concept, inspired by the bamboo in the school’s Bamboo Garden. Created various design iterations before f inalizing "Zhu Shengsheng" (a young bamboo shoot) and "Zhu Keke" (a mature bamboo) as the official mascots; The mascots were widely featured in anniversary promotional materials and produced as physical plush toys and keychains, receiving enthusiastic support from alumni. The pre-order campaign raised over 120,000 RMB, contributing to the school’s development.

The logo was designed based on the school’s educational philosophy and the unique characteristics of its core disciplines. Although the design was not ultimately selected, the process offered a valuable opportunity to serve as a rewarding exercise in translating abstract academic values into visual form, and deepen my understanding of logo/vi design thinking.




📰Promotional Materials for 2023 China Nature Education Conference 

     
As the volunteer design team leader, designed online and offline promotional materials, including campus guide maps, event display boards, activities brochures, etc.; Produced guest posters and organized posting campaigns to expand event communication; Assisted in reviewing the event review video and proofreading the subtitles.
